1. What are the delivery charges for the UK?
A single doll is sent within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class at the rate of £4.95 + VAT
Single courier package within the UK are sent at a rate of £5.50 + VAT
Multiple packages within the UK are sent at a rate of £4.50 + VAT
A single package can consist of up to 8 dolls, 8 puzzles or similar.

2. What are the international delivery charges?
A single doll is sent to Europe at a rate of £9.95
Usually delivered within 5 days by a not signed for (£20.00 compensation)£8.85 Single doll is sent to USA & Canada £14.95
Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, Australia at a rate of £15.95
Usually delivered within 5 days. Not signed for (£20.00 compensation) – £13.60
Tracked and signed for services are at an additional £5.50 charge

3. How do I become a Desi Doll stockist?

4. What batteries do I need to use?
Aamina and Yousuf dolls take 3 x AAA batteries eachSound puzzles take 2 x AAA batteries eachSound book take 3 x button batteries each

5. Can all dolls take the cartridge?
No – only the new version of Aamina dolls, which wears pink/purple or the Yousuf dolls with red/blue top (or with long white shirt).

6. My doll is not working?
Ensure the doll is switched on at the back.Ensure the white ‘pull me’ tab is removed. Change the batteries – the batteries included are for demonstration purposes only and have a very short life.

7. My sound puzzle/book is not working what should I do?
Ensure the area in which you are playing is well lit. Try changing the batteries if the puzzle/book still does not work an email to info@desidollcompany.com advising when and where you bought the puzzle/book and the exact problem/s.You will receive a reply within 48 hours.

8. One of the hands, feet or nose of my Desi Doll has stopped working?
Send an email to info@desidollcompany.com advising when and where you bought the doll and the exact problem/s. You will receive a reply within 48 hours.
