How do I get Free Delivery?

Delivery is FREE on orders over £75 (after discounts). Applies to UK orders only.

What are the delivery charges for the UK?

A single product is sent within the UK by Royal Mail 1st Class at the rate of £4.95.

Multiple product packages within the UK are sent at a rate of £7.95.

When will my order ship?
The cut off time for processing and dispatching orders on the same day is 11am.  Orders received after 11am will be dispatched the next day.
What are the international delivery charges?

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout to the closest estimate. As shipping charges are fluctuating often, you may be contacted to adjust the cost as needed.

Any charges or additional costs incurred at customs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note, if customs or shipping charges are not bourne by the customer when recieving goods in the destination country and items are returned to the UK, thus incurring costs, these costs will be deducted from the initial order total. No postage paid can be refunded.

What batteries do I need to use?

Aamina and Yousuf dolls take 3 x AAA batteries each.

Sound puzzles take 2 x AAA batteries each.

Sound book take 3 x button batteries each

My doll is not working?

Ensure the doll is switched on at the back. Ensure the white ‘pull me’ tab is removed. Change the batteries – the batteries included are for demonstration purposes only and may have a short life.

My sound puzzle/book is not working what should I do?

Ensure the area in which you are playing is well lit.

Try changing the batteries of the puzzle/book.

Can I make a return?

We’re happy to provide customer service for any issues with our products.

You may be required to send your purchase to: The Desi Doll Company LTD PO Box 452 Middlesex HA7 9FQ

Make sure you include: Your name, address, and reason for return.

You must not send your doll without being given a “Returns Reference Number”.

 

If you do not have any proof of purchase then unfortunately we cannot help you. 
If you receive one of our toys as a gift and have no receipt/proof of purchase, then unfortunately we cannot help you. 
Reduced or Clearance items
No refunds will be given on reduced or clearance items.
Any faulty item  must be advised by email to customercare@desidollcompany.com within 7 days of date of purchase.
