Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Vouchers
No two vouchers can be used on the same transaction and please note for free shipping above to make sure the basket value is above £75 after voucher / discount is applied.
Vouchers cannot be applied to bundles which are already discounted or on sale items.
For introductory new customer discount when signing up for our newsletter for the first time please note the following procedure due to GDPR regulations:
After entering your email on our website you should receive the 1st email by welcoming you.
The 2nd email should ask you to confirm subscription.
Once done you should receive 3rd email confirming subscription is active.
The 4th and final email will contain the voucher code.
If you have not received the 1st or 2nd email please do check spam folder as sometimes it can go into spam.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, and credit and debit card payment through Paypal security gateway system. Once you have made payment for your order, a confirmation email of your order will be sent to you.
You may also place your order in an email to customercare@desidollcompany.com. Direct bank to bank transfers are possible if no other method of payment is available. Your order will be dispatched once payment is cleared. Please use our website to calculate the total of your purchases including shipping.

We apologise that we do not have an active telephone number for communications and all emails will be endeavoured to be responded to within 48hrs. Please note that we cannot control if emails go into junk email boxes and registered as spam.
Privacy Policy
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. Returns Policy
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a full money back guarantee if goods are returned within 14 days of receipt and applies to UK and EU orders only.
We regret that goods returned used, damaged or in damaged packaging cannot be refunded.
We strongly suggest that you insure against loss when sending items back for refunds and please note that these returns are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Any errors or omissions from an order must be reported within seven days of receipt of the items.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that are damaged en route, or that do not arrive back.
We do have a 30 day returns period for any items found to be faulty. Postage will only be refunded in the case of damaged or faulty goods received within the 30 day returns period.
Any returns after this period we will consider at our discretion.
Please be aware of counterfeit Desi Doll Company products as of course we will not be able to provide any assistance with such items. These will be more prevalent when purchasing online or through social media platforms.
Warranty period
We offer a 6 month warranty on all electronic items (including all dolls, pillows, plush items books and pads) and non electronic items)
Due to stringent requirements when shipping items with batteries we now limit the number of items we sell with batteries included.
Any damage caused by customers own batteries will void warranty and also if faults are due to misuse of batteries. ( We do recommend, as with all electronic items; to remove batteries from toys when they are not being used for prolonged periods of time )
Please note that any item with batteries included; these batteries are intended for demonstration purposes only and we cannot guarantee the length of how long batteries will last. With any batteries supplied by customers we cannot also guarantee how long these will last as this will be determined by quality of batteries, brand of batteries and usage of customers varying amongst other factors we cannot control.
* We recommend always to use higher premium alkaline batteries in all our products as they will last the most optimal and give the best performance *
As with all electronic items, whilst we endeavour to manufacture with the highest levels of quality; there will always be an expected fault rate with any production batch. If there is found to be a specific fault on a batch then we will gladly own this error but otherwise we apologise if you have experienced a fault within the warranty period.
We will look to replace such an item or the faulty part if reported after 30 days of purchase and before the 6 month warranty period. We cannot issue a refund after 30 days unless at our own discretion. Anything after the 6 month period will be at our discretion on a case by case basis.
Any item that looks like it has been improperly used will void warranty and not be replaced.
Ami item that has water damage or has had any electronic part opened and tampered with will void warranty and not be replaced
We will either ask for photo and video evidence of the fault and if that is not conclusive enough may request the item to be returned to us for further investigation. ( Return cost of shipping faulty items will at customers expense and only be refunded, upto the cost of Royal Mail 2nd class standard fees*, on a discretionary basis after the 30 day period mentioned above ). Any signs of water damage or tampering with electronics will void warranty and not be replaced
Please note that without a receipt of some sense of proof of purchase we will not be able to help as we will need this to determine if any fault reported has developed within the warranty period. We appreciate that sometimes the item has been gifted but again we cannot help without some proof of purchase.
If the item was purchased from one of our stockists we kindly request that you first approach them to handle any faults and we will look to help if they are not upholding our warranty period. Again without proof of purchase from an official stockist we are unable to provide assistance. We will not be able to issue any refunds if purchased from an external stockist.
